It was an enjoyable challenge. Tough at times, but throughly rewarding! If it hadn't been for my determined, bloody-mindedness it would have been closer I'm sure ;) 2012 will be interesting when I begin my cycle touring.

11,767km or 12,000km

The eagle-eyed among you will notice that in this competition I did not reach the 12,000km which I have been banging on about on Twitter. This is because 233km were completed on the velodrome and in the interest of fairness to the competition, I have not included those 233km here as Wicklow Addict does not track cycle :)

A Healthy Competition

In the spirit of creating a healthy competition, @Specialized_Guy and fellow cycling nut, The Wicklow Addict are keeping track of their accumulative distance cycled (in kilometres) throughout the year of 2011. Our totals updated every Sunday evening.

The Challenge:
Who can cycle the farthest aggregate distance in 2011.
